Soccer Picture Day Information
Picture Days are almost here, and we’re looking forward to capturing another great season of memories for players and teams.
Picture Package
Cost: $20
Each player package includes:
- Individual player photo
- Team photo
- Soccer-themed cardboard frame
Payment Information
Payment is due at the time pictures are taken.
- Cash
- PayPal
- QR code will be available

Photo Location
Location: CX-B
Photos will be taken near the trees/fence beside the field.
Scheduling & Timing
Due to the high number of players and teams, each team has been assigned a specific 15-minute time slot before their scheduled game.
To help things run smoothly:
- Coaches are encouraged to gather players before their scheduled time
- Individual photos will be taken first
- Team photos will follow immediately after
- Players should remain in the photo area until the team photo is completed
Missed Your Scheduled Time?
If a player misses their assigned time slot, they are welcome to stop by later during the day, and we will do our best to fit them in.
- Please note: Absent players will not be photoshopped into team photos.
Additional Prints & Digital Files
After Picture Day, all edited images will be uploaded to an online gallery where families can order:
- Additional prints
- Gift items
- Digital files

Optional Online Ordering
If you are interested in purchasing additional prints, gift items, or digital files, you can do so through our online store.
Each team has its own gallery, which you can access using the links below. These galleries will go live as image editing is completed.
You can also pre-register for your team’s gallery and automatically receive an email notification when it becomes available.
How it works:
- Click your team’s gallery link below
- Enter your email address to pre-register
- You’ll automatically receive an email as soon as the gallery goes live and photos are ready to view and order
Ordering & Shipping
- A variety of products will be available, including prints, digital files, mugs, keychains, magnets, memory mates, trader cards, and print packages for extra savings.
- To avoid shipping charges, all orders must be placed by June 27th, 2026.
