Individual Portrait Package
1-player portrait session + 3-5 poses, digital file(s), optional printed options. Good for yearbooks, player trading cards, gifts.
Team Package
Full team shot + coach(s), roster included, multiple print sizes available. Optionally, individual portraits for each player.
Action Add-on
Candid / action shots during games or practice. “Highlights” set added to either Individual or Team package.

Any number works—but for a full-team “classic” group shot, we recommend at least 8-10 players so the photo has presence. But even small teams are welcome!
We’ll work with you to pick backup dates or adjust schedules. Indoor backup location if available is ideal.
Proofs will typically be ready within 7–10 business days of the shoot. Once you have chosen the images you want and placed an order (if applicable), printed items are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Digital files are shared sooner.
We include photography equipment, lighting (if required), and basic editing. You’ll need to provide: uniforms, numbers/names if you want personalization, any props or special requests, and access to the field/court/rink. Also, coordinate with players & parents so everyone knows where to be and when.
Typically, a small fee or deposit is required once the shoot is confirmed—especially for larger teams or those with complex logistics. We’ll go over that in the quote.
You’ll receive an online gallery where you can view proofs. From there, you can order prints, download digital files, or purchase additional options like trading cards or gift items.

- Photo day! — We arrive on time, shoot as planned, and make sure everyone’s included.
- Delivery — You’ll get proofs, select your favourites, and receive final digital files and/or prints.
